This policy explains what information Captain Visas collects, how it's used and how it's kept safe. Last updated: 4 October 2026.
What I collect
Your name, phone number and email address; details about your travel plans; and the documents you choose to share for your application, such as your passport, bank statements, employment documents and bookings. Payments are handled by the booking platform and its payment provider, so I never see your card or bank login details.
How it's used
Your information is used only to deliver the service you booked and to communicate with you about it.
Sharing
Your information and documents are never sold or shared with anyone, unless required by law. Messages, files and bookings pass through the tools we use to talk and book (WhatsApp, email and the booking platform), which handle data under their own privacy policies.
How long it's kept
Your documents are kept only as long as needed to deliver the service and answer follow-up questions. You can ask me to delete them at any time.
Website analytics
This website uses Vercel Web Analytics to count visits and see which pages are popular. It doesn't use cookies and doesn't identify you personally.
