These terms apply when you use this website or book a service with Captain Visas. By booking a service, you agree to them. Last updated: 4 October 2026.
About the service
Captain Visas is run by Arjun and offers visa guidance, document reviews and trip planning. It is an independent service and is not affiliated with any embassy, consulate, VFS Global or government body. You submit your own visa application and attend your own appointment.
No guarantee of approval
I give your application the best possible shot based on your profile, but no one can guarantee a visa. The final decision always rests with the embassy or consulate and the visa officer.
Your responsibilities
You're responsible for making sure the information and documents you share are accurate, complete and genuine. I only work with honest applications and don't create or endorse fake or dummy documents. If false information or documents are shared, I may stop the service without a refund.
Fees and payments
Fees are as listed on this website, charged per applicant, and paid when you book through the booking page. Each applicant needs their own booking. Fees cover my time and guidance only. Embassy, VFS, appointment, insurance and travel costs are not included and are paid by you.
Refunds and cancellations
Fees are non-refundable once the service has been delivered, and are not refunded if a visa is refused. If you need to reschedule or cancel before the service starts, message me on WhatsApp as early as possible.
Advice and third parties
My advice is based on the information you share and on embassy requirements at the time. Requirements can change, so always check the official embassy or VFS website before you apply. Flights, hotels, insurance and other bookings are made and paid for by you, and I'm not responsible for services provided by third parties such as embassies, VFS, airlines, hotels or booking platforms.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, my total liability for any service is limited to the fee you paid for it. I'm not liable for visa refusals, processing delays, or any travel costs or losses connected to your application.
Changes and governing law
I may update these terms from time to time, and the latest version will always be on this page. These terms are governed by the laws of India.
